This camper floor was rotted from the front to the back. Our customer really likes the camper and wanted us to replace the floor.
This old trailer was involved in an accident. The pickup truck jacknifed and damaged the gooseneck of the trailer. We were asked to do the best we could to make it useable again. The pickup was totaled but the trailer lives on.
We installed an air conditioner this week in a mid tack. This required welding more bracing above the ceiling and we replaced all the white sheet metal. The 15,000 BTU AC will have no problem cooling this 4×8 foot space! It was worth it for the comfort of this customers hunting dogs.
Another generator install this week. After welding some bracing in the hay rack for the generator & battery we modified the existing shelves in the mid tack. We recently installed all new flooring in a motorhome. This project was challenging because the slide out was designed to slide on carpet but the customer wanted the carpet removed. A customer wanted a refrigerator added to their horse trailer living quarters so we said “sure, we can do that!”
A customer asked for a door to be installed between her living quarters and horse compartment. Since she drove 370 miles to come to us so we got on the job right away. After some measuring, cutting, welding and cleanup, she had a walkthrough door!
A lot of rain and a leaky window can do some damage to the floor. We replaced a section of the floor. New carpet in front of the slide out, new insulation under the trailer and we were able to reuse the linoleum. Now the floor looks great!
This fifth wheel had severe water damage to the bedroom slide out floor and walls. We removed the slide and replaced the rotted wood and carpet.
